Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness, service, and pool maintenance, with many citing dirty rooms, poor staff responsiveness, and closed or dirty pools. The property is described as old and in need of refurbishment, with broken fixtures and dim lighting. Check-in delays and lack of proper room preparation are frequent complaints. However, some guests appreciate the spacious rooms, the pleasant location near the beach, and the family-friendly atmosphere, especially the petting farm and beach access. Improvements in cleanliness, service, and facilities are needed.
