Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's lakeside location and beautiful views, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirt, bugs, and musty smells. The pool was frequently closed or poorly maintained, disappointing guests who expected to use it. Service was often described as unresponsive or unhelpful, and several guests noted outdated or small rooms. While the setting was appreciated, the overall experience was negatively impacted by lack of upkeep and cleanliness.
