Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location near city attractions. The breakfast and restaurant offerings are also appreciated by many. However, several guests mention issues with noise levels in the rooms, with poor soundproofing leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms and corridors. Some guests also note limited parking and occasional confusion with payment processes, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives.
