Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, which is close to the beach, cafés, and local attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, with reports of poor hygiene, pests, and maintenance issues. Room size is frequently mentioned as being very small and not as advertised. The absence of an elevator in this multi-story building is a significant inconvenience for many, especially those with rooms on higher floors. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others report unresponsive or inadequate service. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, room size, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
