Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests complained about severe cleanliness issues, including bed bugs, dirty rooms, and unclean linens, which significantly impacted their stay. Several reviewers also mentioned poor service and unprofessional staff behavior. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near Serenity Beach and city attractions, as well as affordable pricing. A few positive reviews highlighted friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and smooth check-in processes, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
