Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and beaches. The staff received positive feedback for being polite, helpful, and accommodating. Many found the hotel to be good value for money, especially for its location. However, several guests reported significant cleanliness issues, including cockroaches, insects, and poor room maintenance. Some also mentioned small room sizes and lack of amenities like elevators. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, cleanliness and room comfort need improvement.
