Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the quality of its spa and wellness facilities, which are highlighted as a major draw. Many visitors also appreciate the spacious rooms and peaceful atmosphere. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness, service, and breakfast, with several guests noting that these aspects have declined over time or do not meet five-star standards. Some guests mention maintenance issues and the need for renovations, while others report friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast and food quality receive both positive and negative feedback, and there are complaints about extra charges for parking and limited vegan options. Overall, the location and amenities stand out as the hotel's strongest features, while service, cleanliness, and food quality show room for improvement.
