Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, frequently citing poor cleanliness, unfriendly or rude service, and issues with value for price. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding, as well as problems with pests and unpleasant odors. Guests also reported feeling uncomfortable due to noise, safety concerns, and lack of amenities. Only a few positive comments were made about price or staff, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
