Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, towels, and bathrooms, as well as unpleasant smells and pest issues. While some appreciated the convenient location and found the breakfast adequate, many complained about uncomfortable beds, poor maintenance, and lack of proper room service. A few guests noted positive experiences with the air conditioning and shower, but overall, the negative aspects outweighed the positives.
