Pros (+) Great staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The walls seemed extra thin, could easily hear people in adjacent rooms having a conversation at normal volumes. The bottom floor might as well be under a dance studio. Felt like staying in an old house with a facelift, creaky floors meant a creaky ceiling every time someone walked.

Cons (-) Discontinued shuttle service. I take the salt lake shuttle up to stay with BW but this year I couldn’t get a ride to the hotel from the drop off point. The cab recommended by BW staff was $10. I should have walked for that price. And their website was a nightmare and took two phone calls to get ahold of them. Cons (-) I was told at 2:30 I could not check in. The power was going to be out the next morning for two hours. I asked for an extended checkout because my daughter was at a camp and was told I had to be out at 12:00. They were nice but could be more accommodating.
