Pros (+) No dicen los horarios de desayuno , y te quitan la comida si el restaurante cierra , no importa si estas adentro
Cons (-) Los gerentes deben dar el ejemplo , para que el servicio mejore.

Okay
Leisure, Jan 2018
Pros (+) Great sand beach Lots of beach chair Cleaning staff work diligently to keep the hotel clean Mediterranean Restaurant at sister hotel Wyndham Maya was great.
Cons (-) Only one shallow, kiddie pool Trying to get specialty dinner reservation was like pooling the teeth. Surprise checkout charge of environment fee and guest room safe usage Can't resolve any issues with front desk. They don't reason with you and just dictate. Manager not available even at 4PM on weekdays.
