Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to amenities. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, a significant number of guests were disturbed by high noise levels from construction, nearby bars, and the restaurant, which affected their ability to relax and sleep. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few mentioned areas for improvement. Breakfast received criticism for its limited options and quality. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but noise and breakfast could be improved.

Pros (+) Location is great. Close to all the action and the beach.
Cons (-) They don't leave towels or replace robes if they take them. I love music but if you don't know that is a loud hotel because it's right on the hustle and bustle street. They send you to Kool Beach for loungers. Kool beach charges $700 pesos that you can use in food and drink credit. Cheaper to go to Lido they offer free loungers as long as you spend a min of $150 pesos!
