Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions and amenities in Playa del Carmen. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or indifferent staff and inconsistent information. Noise at night, particularly from nearby bars and music, was a frequent complaint, impacting guests' ability to rest. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and noise issues detracted from the experience for some visitors.
