Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with their stay, citing issues with the breakfast quality, cleanliness, pool availability and condition, and unhelpful or unfriendly service. Several reviews mentioned problems with room maintenance, such as stains, broken amenities, and uncomfortable beds, though a few guests did note that the rooms were spacious and some beds were comfortable.
