Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently mention major issues with parking, including construction, off-site parking, and limited availability, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for elderly guests. Cleanliness of rooms and friendliness of staff are generally praised, and some guests appreciated the pool and room size. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool temperature, lack of amenities, and ongoing construction. Service quality was mixed, with some staff members being helpful and others less so. Overall, while the hotel offers clean rooms and friendly service, parking and facility disruptions are significant drawbacks.

The pool was just re-opened since the pandemic began. They also just started offering breakfast again since the pandemic; the staff was friendly but there were limited options while they ramp back up. The parking garage is closed so you have to park in a lot behind where you normally would- it's not far and it's still included in the price, but still a little bit of a pain.
