Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the helpfulness of certain staff members. However, reviews were mixed on cleanliness, with some guests noting clean rooms while others reported issues such as dirty rooms, bugs, and poor housekeeping. The pool and breakfast also received varied feedback: some enjoyed these amenities, while others found the pool unclean or the breakfast lacking in quality and variety. Service experiences ranged from friendly and accommodating to rude or unresponsive. Overall, while the location and some staff members were highlights, there were notable concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and amenity quality.
