Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and downtown attractions. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated friendly or professional staff, though some had neutral or mixed experiences with service. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the bathrooms, citing outdated facilities, musty smells, or awkward layouts. Parking was also a common complaint, with issues ranging from limited availability to high valet costs. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, bathroom and parking concerns were notable negatives.
