Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and attractive location, often describing the atmosphere as relaxing and the decor as stylish. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as thoughtful personal touches. However, there are repeated complaints about inconsistent or slow service, particularly in the restaurant and at dinner, and some guests felt the value for price could be improved. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, the hotel is considered a charming and pleasant place to stay, with room for improvement in service and food quality.
