Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location by the loch, friendly and attentive staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms with great views. Many enjoyed the traditional breakfast, though some found it average or limited. While the overall service was appreciated, a few guests experienced issues with staff attitude and restaurant service. The pool and spa facilities received criticism for being outdated or inconveniently located, and some bathrooms were noted as small or in need of renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's atmosphere and setting left a positive impression on most visitors.
