Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and proximity to shops and attractions as a positive aspect. However, many reviews report significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service is also criticized, with several guests experiencing unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with room allocation. Noise from nearby facilities, especially a car wash, is a recurring complaint that disrupts sleep. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it unsatisfactory or delayed. Overall, while the location is appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, service, and noise insulation are needed.
