Guests appreciated the tranquil location, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly service, especially highlighting the helpfulness of staff like Sofía. Many enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the cabins, with several praising the hot tub (tinaja) as a standout feature. However, there were repeated complaints about the hot tub requiring an extra fee, inconsistent cleanliness (especially of linens and amenities), and some maintenance issues with facilities and access roads. Overall, the property is seen as a great place to relax, though guests recommend clarifying amenity details before booking.
