Great stay for the rate I paid. Only downside is location. Nothing nearby and construction nearby. Hotel and staff were great though.

Dean, May 2025
Proximity to both Phoenix airport and ASU campus was excellent. Staff were overall friendly and helpful. Furnishings in hotel lobby and guest rooms (beds not included) need updating or at least serious attention to cleaning cause they were pretty dirty. Also, wood doors throughout hotel need repair and repainting. Breakfast was ok at best, food was very generic.
