Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Many reviewers also mention that the hotel offers good value for the price, especially for budget travelers. However, cleanliness is a significant concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues like mold, insects, and worn bedding. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and others less so. Bed comfort is also criticized in several reviews. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
