Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the train station and city center. Some guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for price. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, poor breakfast quality and selection, and unsatisfactory service, including unhelpful staff and unresolved complaints. Noise and room maintenance were also mentioned as concerns. Overall, the location is the main positive aspect, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and service.
