Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to desired destinations and ease of access. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with multiple reviews citing issues such as bed bugs, dirty floors, musty smells, and stained sheets. the room was dirty an night clerk said it had been cleaned. When I complained to her about the condition on the room and wanted to cancel, she said because I reserved the room thru the 3rd party which was Kayak to get a refund and your contract said nonrefundable. I will not use Kayak or any other 3rd party to reserve any stays in the future.
