Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid, and found the price reasonable for what was offered. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as torn bedsheets. Service was also a common complaint, with reports of unhelpful staff, poor communication, and delays in check-in. Despite these negatives, some guests found the hotel acceptable for the price and appreciated the friendly staff and overall value.
