Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, especially reports of cockroaches, bed bugs, and general lack of maintenance, making cleanliness the most negatively discussed aspect. Service is also frequently criticized, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff and problems with amenities like towels and breakfast availability. While the location is often praised for its convenience to highways, restaurants, and shops, and some guests found the breakfast and price acceptable, the overall experience is overshadowed by pervasive hygiene and service problems.

Pros (+) Price point
Cons (-) There was pealing paint above the bathtub, a leaking my bathtub faucet, and a lamp that didn’t work on one side of the bed.

Pros (+) We liked everything about our stay - really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day on the road. Convenient location walking distance from a variety of restaurants. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was well stocked with the usual make your own waffles and eggs and juice. Everything you need for a pleasant overnight stop
Cons (-) Several reviews had mentioned a smoky odor in the hallway. We noticed that too but our room was fine.
