Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location near the city center. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise due to poor soundproofing and thin walls, and some found the rooms to be small or lacking in comfort. A few guests also noted problems with heating and bathroom facilities, but the positive service and welcoming atmosphere were frequently highlighted.
