Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Beto Carrero Park, making it convenient for visitors. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as tasty and varied, adding to the positive experience. Some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, though opinions on service and cleanliness were mixed, with several reviews mentioning issues such as insufficient cleaning, old towels, and maintenance problems in the bathrooms. While the hotel is considered simple, it is generally seen as a good value for those seeking a place to rest after visiting the park. However, recurring complaints about bathroom size, water pressure, and overall maintenance suggest areas for improvement.
