Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's beautiful location, historic charm, and friendly staff. However, many were disappointed by the outdated facilities, lack of proper air conditioning, and maintenance issues, especially regarding cleanliness and amenities like the pool and spa. Several reviewers felt the hotel did not meet 5-star standards, particularly with regard to breakfast quality and value for price. Despite some positive experiences, the consensus is that the property needs updates and better upkeep to match its rating.
