Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions. Many highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, describing them as attentive and welcoming. Cleanliness is also noted positively, with several guests mentioning clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, there are repeated complaints about the parking situation, as the lot is located several blocks away, incurs extra charges, and can be inconvenient. Despite some minor issues with amenities and occasional service lapses, the overall experience is very positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
