Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning its proximity to major attractions, the beach, and local amenities. However, there are significant concerns about the quality of service, with multiple reports of rude or unhelpful staff, issues at the front desk, and even breaches of privacy. Cleanliness is another major issue, as several guests found their rooms or common areas to be dirty or poorly maintained. While some guests appreciated the value for money and basic comfort, these positives are often overshadowed by negative experiences with staff and cleanliness.
