Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor bathroom conditions, with many mentioning dirty rooms, old fixtures, and inadequate showers. Noise from outside and within the hotel is a frequent complaint, as are maintenance issues and lack of soundproofing. However, several guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the spaciousness of some rooms, and the convenience for families. The location is generally seen as neutral, with some noting the need for transport to city attractions. Overall, while service receives praise, the hotel would benefit from renovations and improved cleanliness.
