Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight serious cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the hotel, with many describing old, dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor upkeep of facilities. The atmosphere is often described as dark, abandoned, and unwelcoming, with several guests noting the hotel feels deserted and even spooky. Service is generally seen as lacking, with understaffing, slow check-in, and unhelpful staff frequently mentioned. Breakfast quality is widely criticized as subpar and not meeting expectations. However, a few guests appreciate the hotel's location and some isolated positive experiences with staff or amenities, but these are rare compared to the overall negative sentiment.
