Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near shops and attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poorly maintained facilities. Service is also frequently criticized, with guests mentioning unhelpful or unfriendly staff and communication problems. Room size is another common complaint, with several guests noting small, windowless, or cramped accommodations. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, service, and room quality are needed.
