Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to markets, shops, and attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. Breakfast receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, especially catering to Indian and continental tastes. Cleanliness is another strong point, with several guests noting well-maintained rooms and attentive housekeeping. However, service is a notable area of concern, as many guests report unhelpful or unfriendly staff and poor hospitality. Room size is occasionally mentioned as a drawback, with some finding the accommodations smaller than expected. Despite these negatives, the overall experience is enhanced by the hotel's strategic location, good breakfast, and cleanliness.
