Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, which is within walking distance to major attractions, shopping, and the beach, while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional. Cleanliness is consistently noted, with rooms and linens kept tidy and fresh. However, several guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there are some complaints about value for price, with a few feeling overcharged or noting extra fees. Despite minor issues, the hotel is generally well-regarded for its convenience, service, and cleanliness.

Pros (+) Clean, close to Jungceylon mall, Bangla Road & the beach. Great cheap hotel & if you want to use a pool, the hotel has a deal with The Gig Hotel next door and you can use their pool.
Cons (-) No breakfast but that was ok, I like a sleep in and there are many places nearby with a wide variety of delicious food.
