Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Many appreciate the rooftop pool and the modern, recently renovated rooms. However, noise is a significant issue for many, especially due to the central location and poor soundproofing. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests reporting issues such as mold, uncooperative staff, and cleanliness concerns, while others mention friendly staff and clean rooms. Overall, the positives are the location, pool, and updated facilities, but improvements are needed in noise control, cleanliness, and service consistency.
