Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews of the hotel are mixed, with several guests praising the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the pool and views from some rooms. However, many guests report significant issues with cleanliness, including old furniture, dirty linens, and the presence of insects. The hotel's location on a steep hill is a common complaint, making access difficult and inconvenient for taxis or walking, and the area is described as remote or dull by some. WiFi is frequently mentioned as unreliable or slow. While some guests enjoyed the spacious rooms and service, the overall impression is marred by maintenance and cleanliness concerns.
