Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, finding it convenient and central. However, the majority of reviews express disappointment with the service, citing unhelpful staff, poor communication, and unresolved complaints. Cleanliness is a major concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unclean linens, and inadequate housekeeping. Many guests also mention serious problems with the bathrooms, such as lack of hot water, maintenance issues, and unpleasant odors. The elevators are frequently out of order, causing inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and elevator maintenance.
