Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location and some found the rooms comfortable and clean. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, lack of basic amenities like hot water and towels, and disappointing breakfast quality. Many also noted issues with cleanliness, organization, and safety, as well as problems with amenities not functioning as advertised. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings to meet guest expectations.
