Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Many highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the property and rooms. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms contributed to a pleasant stay for several guests. However, parking was a common complaint, with multiple mentions of expensive or inconvenient valet-only options. Despite some negative feedback about room size, outdated facilities, and pricey food, the overall experience was positive for most guests, especially regarding location, service, and cleanliness.

The TVs are clean crisp and powerful in sound and graphics. The water pressure is awesome. The rooms and hallways are pretty quiet and great for relaxing. I also really like the alarm clock/radio/music setup on the...
Cons (-) The valet is $23 per night, but every encounter with them was somewhat of a hassle... for them? The first encounter the employee pretended like he did not hear my husband speaking clearly to him. I do not understand the point of having a service job if you do not want to serve customers or at least acknowledge their presence... the second counter, a different employee of the valet saw us standing ...
