Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Some mentioned uncomfortable beds and outdated facilities, though a few found the beds comfortable. The location was praised for its convenience and proximity to stores and highways. Staff received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them unhelpful and others describing them as friendly. Overall, the hotel's main strengths are its location and, for some, bed comfort, but cleanliness and upkeep are significant concerns.
