Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to downtown, the waterfront, and tourist attractions. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, and several reviews mention clean and comfortable rooms. However, noise is a frequent complaint, especially from nearby train tracks and loud air conditioning units. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms spotless and others reporting issues. Breakfast is generally seen as a weak point, with limited options and quality concerns. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its location and service, but improvements in noise control, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings are needed.
