Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Paris and access public transport. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests noted that the rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. However, a recurring complaint was the small size of the rooms, which some found uncomfortable, and several guests experienced issues with air conditioning or other amenities.
