Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, there were concerns about safety in a few cases, particularly regarding security incidents and management's response. Room size received mixed feedback, with some finding rooms small but adequate for short stays. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests expressed a desire to return.
