Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Gare Montparnasse and public transport, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The staff receives frequent praise for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness and the overall atmosphere are also positively mentioned. However, several guests note that the rooms are small and that the elevator only starts from the first floor, requiring guests to carry luggage up stairs, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy bags or mobility issues.

Pros (+) Great Location. Large windows that open overlooking a cute park in a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, & theatres. Right behind Monoprix & only a 5 minute walk to Monteparnasse Station.
Cons (-) People who don't like stairs should stay elsewhere as the reception was on the 2nd floor & I didn't see an elevator.
