Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to metro stations, restaurants, and local amenities. Some reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff, as well as competitive pricing. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Many guests found the bathrooms to be small, outdated, or lacking hot water. The comfort of the beds is mixed, with some positive comments but also several complaints. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, significant improvements in cleanliness and bathroom facilities are needed.
