Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near metro stations, shops, and tourist sites, and several mention the staff as helpful and friendly. However, a major concern across reviews is poor cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, lack of cleaning service, and maintenance issues. Some guests also note small or uncomfortable rooms, and a few mention feeling unsafe in the neighborhood. Overall, while the location and staff are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and room conditions are needed.
