Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to metro stations, attractions, and quiet neighborhoods. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to positive experiences. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback; while some guests find the rooms and bathrooms clean, others mention issues with old carpets, dust, or even pests. Noise levels are a concern for several guests, especially due to street sounds and thin walls. However, many guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price, particularly given its central location.
